If your answer is yes, you might be the person we’re looking for. We are now seeking a QA Engineer to join our product quality assurance team and support our strong growth!
In this role, you will work with the Hidex laboratory measurement instruments and play an important part in ensuring that our devices meet all quality and performance requirements. Your tasks include preparing samples, performing measurements, calculating and analyzing results, as well as planning and creating test reports for the devices. The work also includes final testing of instruments, for which you will receive thorough guidance and training. You will be a member of our QA team with strong team support behind you.
We expect you to have a bio analyst, laboratory analyst or laboratory technician qualification with previous hands-on laboratory experience. As you will work closely with our manufacturing and sales teams, strong communication skills — in English and Finnish — are essential. Familiarity with instrumentation or curiosity and willingness to learn about technical devices is considered an advantage. Above all, what matters most to us is a positive, can‑do attitude and a strong motivation to grow and develop in this field, so we also welcome promising early‑career candidates.
✅ Desirable background and qualities:
- Bio analyst, laboratory analyst or laboratory technician qualification or equivalent educational background.
- Hands-on experience in practical laboratory work.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in English.
